What does PRP Wine do?

We offer in-home and virtual wine sampling experiences where we educate and entertain our clients on the culture of fine wines. Our various locations offer various events with the goal of help clients understand our wines before making their purchase. For more information on these events, find the branch office nearest you.

Why can't I find your wine in stores?

Our wines are not available to purchase in stores. Our wines are unique and mostly exclusive to our company. We believe in the idea of building close relationships with our clients, and offering them the finest wine products from around the world. By offering exclusive wines we provide a truly unique product.

What kind of events do you offer?

Aside from our In Home Wine Sampling Experiences, we offer hotel events, private boat shows, exhibitions, warehouse sales, and grand sampling events. These give our clients a chance to sample some of our best wines in addition to having a great time.

Vouchers & Charity Certificates

How do I redeem my voucher?

Fill out the Voucher Redemption Form. Your local branch office will contact you and help you to set up your wine sampling.

Can I give my voucher as a gift?

Of course! Wine Sampling Experiences make a great gift, and we highly recommend giving them away as one!

I won a sampling certificate through a charity event, now what?

Congratulations! Thank you for donating to a worthy cause and we hope you are looking forward to a fun and educational wine sampling experience! You will want to start thinking about a date and book as far in advance as possible to ensure you find a date of your choosing. Once your date is requested, your assigned Wine Consultant will contact you to confirm availability, as well as discuss all details of your sampling, including the wine selection. Be prepared for a relaxed, fun and educational experience in the comfort of your home!

Orders & Deliveries

How do I order more wine?

If you are a new customer, we recommend you contact your local office and get in touch with one of our Wine Consultants on what to order, or browse our wine shop. For re-orders you can contact your Consultant, or visit their website page and order from our wine shop.

How do I find out when my wine will be delivered?

Check our locations page and call the delivery number for the location closest to you for more details on your delivery. You can also call our Corporate office at 800-851-1250 and we will get you in touch with the correct delivery office. Standard delivery times are 3-10 business days.

What states do you deliver to?

We deliver in all the states where we have an office location.

Wine Samplings

How do I book a sampling?

If you have purchased a voucher and need to redeem, click here. If you have not purchased a voucher, fill out the contact form on your local offices page, and a wine consultant in your area will assist you with booking your sampling. You can view a list of office locations here.

Do I need to provide glasses for my guests for the sampling?

Yes. Please provide a wine glass for each guest in attendance. We recommend 1 white wine glass and 1 red wine glass. However, it is not necessary to provide both.

Do I need to provide my guests with food for the sampling?

We recommend that you provide some light snacks for your guests. Unsure of what to prepare? Give your wine consultant a call and they can offer up a few suggestions.

How long do samplings normally last?

Typically a standard wine sampling will be around 90 minutes in length.

Do you host samplings in my state?

We host samplings in states with which we have an office location. These states are Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

Our virtual wine samplings are available in a number of states as well. Those states include Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada,  New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
