Our Virtual Wine Showcase started as an easier way for us to reach our customers. The showcase is a fun, entertaining, hassle-free virtual tasting from the comfort of your home. During the tasting our own PRP Wine presenters will guide you as we go in depth into the wines being featured. During the presentation you’ll hear from wine makers as well as various PRP Wine Consultants from around the country.

Featured Wines
2022 Pieroth Estate Pinot Blanc
A full-bodied, dry white with refreshing notes of citrus and herbs, this wine has been aged in large oak barrels for 10 months before additional bottle aging. This complex winemaking gives this white its nuance and surprising age-ability.
Region: Nahe, Germany
2019 Primo di Stato
A “Bordeaux-blend” from Italy, this robust wine with significant aging— 30 months in French oak, exemplifies the marriage of Italian winemaking traditions with the earthy, complexity of Bordeaux varietals. With notes of red fruit and rich spices, the wine offers bold tannins and a lingering finish.
Region: Montello Asolo (Northeastern Italy)
2017 Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
Shimmering in the glass with deep ruby colors and garnet highlights, this well-aged, full-bodied wine is packed with dark fruit notes and hints of chocolate. Aged first in concrete vats during malolactic fermentation, the wine is then moved to small American barriques for 12 months before being finished in large barrels for another 6 months. This extensive aging plus more than 4 years in the bottle creates a smooth yet robust wine ready to be enjoyed with your favorite Italian dish.
Region: Abruzzo (Central Italy)
2021 Las Cuarenta XL
Named after the oldest 40 rows of the vineyard’s premiere grape Cabernet Sauvignon, this intense wine offers concentrated flavors of juicy red and dark fruits that combine with black pepper, dark chocolate, and a bit of green pepper. By blending this exquisite Cabernet Sauvignon with three other varietals, the finished result is a well-balanced wine with great aging potential and a long, lingering finish.
Region: Central Valley, Chile
